The MountainWorks team has a wide variety of experiences in the chemical engineering world. Projects have ranged from basic research to electronics manufacturing. The former area includes fundamental research in reaction chemistry, mass transfer, heat transfer, and surface science, including the study of reaction mechanisms of aluminium passivation to improve solar reflectors. The latter includes projects in wafer fabrication, materials science, and ink manufacturing. This blend of hands on national laboratory research and electronics industry experience gives MountainWorks a broad understanding of the chemical process industry.
